Joseph Hanson Kwabena Nketia (22 June 1921 – 13 March 2019) was a Ghanaian ethnomusicologist and composer. ==Early life and education==<br />
Born in 1921 in Mampong, Gold Coast (modern Ghana), J. H. Kwabena Nketia was his parents' only child. He first trained as a teacher at the Presbyterian Training College, Akropong. <br />
<br />
On a government scholarship, he went to Britain at the age of 23 to attend the University of London from 1944 to 1949, beginning with two years of study in linguistics at the School of Oriental and African Studies.<br />

The Illerstadion is a 9,000 capacity multi-use stadium in Kempten, Germany. The stadium hosts the football team FC Kempten and the American football team the Allgäu Comets and also has facilities for athletics. <br />
<br />
==History==<br />
The first plans for a stadium next to the river were submitted by Otto Merkt in 1919. However, it was not until 1938 that the city council received plans from the planning officer Maximilian Vicari that construction began. The plans included 5,600 standing room, a small-caliber shooting range, facilities for high jump, shot put, pole vault and parking for 200 cars. <br />
<br />
In 1939, the playing field and a cinder motorcycle speedway track were added. The main stand was completed in 1949 and the large standing stand wall and marathon gate were completed in 1956. It then had a 12,500 capacity. <br />
<br />
In 1965, the stadium hosted arguably what was its most significant event, the final of the 1965 Speedway World Team Cup. It later hosted the inaugural 1968 Speedway World Pairs Championship. Between 1979 and 1986, the speedway track was demolished, two synthetic pitches, two new grass fields and a sand grass pitch were created. <br />
<br />
In 1995, the main square and sand track were converted and expanded into an athletics competition track. The stadium was further modernised in 1999/2000. <br />

== History ==<br />
<br />
Okpella Development Association (ODA-USA) was founded by members of Okpella's US diaspora in 1999 and has since focused on improving community experiences in Okpellaland and among members of the US diaspora. <br />
<br />
On July 5th, 2019, ODA-USA celebrated its 20th year anniversary with a celebration and fundraising event, themed as "Health is Wealth". During the event, the former ODA-USA President Mrs. Victoria Momoh-Salau described the benefit of ODA-USA medical missions in Okpellaland. Also, the former ODA-USA Vice Chairman Dr. Charles O. Kerobo stressed the importance of organizational partnerships to more closely reach indigenes of Okpellaland and Edo State globally.<br />
<br />
== Mission ==<br />
<br />
As a stakeholder and partner in Okpella's development, Okpella Development Association's (ODA-USA) mission focuses on cultural, medical, and economic projects that will be helpful to all of Okpellaland. ODA-USA also collaborates with public and private entities that share interest in locating social amenities and industrial developments in Okpella. ODA-USA's goal is to spark cultural, medical, and economic growth among Okpella indigenes globally, influencing the development of Okpella into a modern and vibrant town. <br />

:I am messaging to try and get a better understanding of how to make the article I submitted more credible. I understand your comment about the type of sources but these are the only ones available that document the activities of the organization online, usually through past activities and those that are documented on social media. But none of the sources I used were published by the same people and have a wide time range which shows that the organization has been in existence for a while now. <br />
:I was thinking, there are two other sources that I may add that I am seeing on Google. There are articles by Dr. Jean Borgatti, art historian, curator and professor whose work on Okpella also documents the organization (https://www2.clarku.edu/faculty/jborgatti/fulbrightyear.htm). There's also a Daily Post Nigeria article about Nollywood actress Doris Simeon receiving an award from the organization (https://dailypost.ng/2012/08/11/actress-doris-simeon-honoured-us/). <br />
