As for Singapore, there is one more source from Sanelo as well in addition to information from Malaysia MOFA that Singaporeans can stay visa-free for 3 months. undo

In addition, Kazakhstan Non-Ordinary Passport Holders can enter visa-free for 30 days while entry permission is still required for all countries except ASEAN before entry. undo
