Thank you so much! :)

Thank you for all that you have done!
How much love resides therein!
All one's gifts are never gone:
Not seen, perhaps, but stored within.
Kindness is an inner sun.

Your unspent heart a message sends
Of grace and sacrifice hard-won
Upon which happiness depends!

Thank you so much, dear Yancyfry! :)

Love,
Phaedriel

New userbox

Hi again! I tricked out my userpage! So...I took the template for the Autobot one and changed the wording....tell me what you think! use it if you want, too!

This user wholeheartedly believes that making your own Userbox is highly overrated and that pre-made is the only way to go unless you have divine patience and a computer for a brain.

Reporting inappropriate usernames

Hi, I see you reported an inappropriate username at WP:AIV. However, there's a new place to report inappropriate usernames, WP:UAA. You don't have to move your report, since the user has been blocked by Ryulong (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA). Heya! I was pretty sure he was a sockpuppet for various other edits to that article. If a user keeps changing IP's making just one edit, they'd never be blocked? Can you direct me to the appropriate policy for a situation like this? Thanks! -Superbeecat 02:11, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I see. But for a situation where they keep changing IP's and the nature of the vandalism leaves no doubt that it's the same person, is warning and reverting encouraging the vandal to continue the cycle? There may not be a good answer for this, but I appreciate the help nonetheless :) -Superbeecat 02:22, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

When adding links to material on an external site, as you did to Never Gonna Give You Up, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website has licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. DarkSaber2k 08:09, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
