While ciphering with Tariq Trotter(Black Thought),[[Dice Raw]],and Truck North on the tour bus she gave them her demo. Black Thought flew Patty out to [[Philadelphia]] where she met [[Nikki Jean]] who had joined a group [[Nouveau Riche (Philadelphia band)|Nouveau Riche]] with [[Dice Raw]] after leaving St. Paul Minnesota.
