The '''cybertroopers''' are seen to lead Griffiths and the Cyber Leader into the [[TARDIS]], and they then wait in the background for the remainder of the scene. It is not clear whether they are inferior to regular Cybermen because of their lack of involvement in the scene and the series as a whole, or if they are superior and perhaps act as [[lieutenants]] to the Cyber Leader and thus with greater importance than the ordinary [[Cyberman]] warrior.
