You have shown interest in Eastern Europe or the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called [[Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions|discretionary sanctions]] is in effect. Tadeusz Kościuszko
The Polish nationalists again keep on deleting the Belarusian categories and references in the Tadeusz Kościuszko page. Free Belarus (talk) 19:10, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'll try to help, but have a problem with free time... Anyway thanks for your contribution. --Kazimier Lachnovič (talk) 14:39, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
Editwar
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Lithuanian people. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. GedUK 08:34, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Edit warring at Lithuanian language (disambiguation)
Template:Z9 The complete report of this case is at WP:AN3#User: Kazimier Lachnovič reported by User:M.K (Result: 72h). This appears to be a national dispute in Eastern Europe. As such it falls under WP:DIGWUREN#Discretionary sanctions, which I recommend you take a look at. The block may be lifted if you will agree to follow our policies. From your record so far, you seem to be a full-time edit warrior. Be aware that Wikipedia is not a battleground. If you can't patiently work with others to negotiate changes to articles, you may be blocked for a longer time. EdJohnston (talk) 14:46, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Ok. But I ask to block User:Daisy Cutter 2, which began this edit war, and protect the page Lithuanian language (disambiguation) from the obvious vandalism. --Kazimier Lachnovič (talk) 19:12, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
Thanks
Thank you for acting upon my suggestion and removing this inflammatory remark [1] from your user page. There is a lot of more important issues to deal with concerning Belarus and the achievements of the Belarusian people and their history. Happy editing and regards. Dr. Dan (talk) 22:11, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry, I'm having few time now. I'll be more free in July, then we can continue the discussion. --Kazimier Lachnovič (talk) 17:32, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
Reliability of sources
Vitaju suajčynnik, looks like you are very good at determining the validity of articles and other sources. I need help in determining reliability of these articles related to Napoleon Orda: http://yuzle.com/master/878.html and http://charter97.org/ru/news/2010/2/11/26287/ Ales Hurko (talk) 23:18, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

Moderate your edit summaries
Such edit summaries as these [2][3] are hardly in line with basic WP policies. Let me remind you, that you are already informed about WP:DIGWUREN#Discretionary sanctions. Therefore moderate your comments in the future. Thanks, M.K. (talk) 20:30, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
- If I see a double standard here and lietuvos chauvinism, I am not going to keep silent about it. This concerns you too. Thanks =) --Kazimier Lachnovič (talk) 18:23, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- Dear Wikipedia editor, would please in the future abstain from edit summaries like this particular one [vandalism] and [like this]. It was neither chauvinistic nor vandalism. The name was and still is is referenced further in the article, and was stable version for more than two years. Hence, the baseless accusations on WP:VANDAL is on you, per existing policy. Meanwhile I do suggest you to familiarize with WP:VANDAL policy and also with WP:FIVE, and also with the sources presented in the article. Also it would be helpful if you'd evaluate what do you mean by writing lietuvos, and in the lower case. Thank you in advance.--Lokyz (talk) 20:38, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 09:18, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

Discretionary sanctions alert
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in Eastern Europe or the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
