Mike Krahulik is the artist from the popular web comic Penny Arcade. He goes by the online moniker "John Gabriel" or "Gabe". Krahulik's unique drawing style can also be recognized in comics he has made for Rainbow Six and many other video games.
Krahulik's style has changed and improved significantly during the six years he has been drawing Penny Arcade.
When not working on their comic, Krahulik and his partner Jerry Holkins AKA "Tycho" play videogames and attend gaming conferences and events.
He lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife, Kara, whom he proposed to in a special edition [1] of Penny Arcade. On September 9th, 2004, he and his wife became parents to a son, Gabriel Aiden Krahulik.
