The music video for "Burnin' Up" premiered after the premiere of the Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock on Disney Channel as well as ABC on June 21, 2008. In the video, the brothers read over a potential video treatment and imagine how the video would play out, in which they are portrayed as various action stars. Cameos in the video include Selena Gomez, David Carradine, Robert Davi, and Danny Trejo.

With strong digital sales, "Burnin' Up" debuted at #5 on the US Billboard Hot 100, with more than 183,000 legal downloads of the single for the first week it went on sale.[4] "Burnin' Up" influenced the sales increase of their second album Jonas Brothers to sell 64,000 more copies worldwide.[citation needed] It is also the highest single debut and the highest charted single for a Hollywood Records artist.[citation needed]
