THE LIFE AND STORY OF RON ROBEY!!! "Make your next dream come true"

Ron Robey was born on August 12th 1977 in Manassas, Va just a few days before the "KING OF ROCK AND ROLL" Elvis Presley died. Ron was born to a 3rd generation Milk Man, Ron Robey Sr. and a career Packer and Packing Inspector Sharon Robey. Both parents are still together, alive and are living as an example of how to live, laugh and love. Ron moved to Stafford, Va between the 7th and 8th grade where he began developing relationship with friends that would last a lifetime. North Stafford High School in 1995 was proud to graduate a 17 year old Mr. Robey and considered offering him the "Barely Made It" award if such thing existed.

Shortly after High School Ron joined the United States Air Force and was assigned to the AFAC 8G000 United States Air Force Presidential Honor Guard Ceremonial Guardsman unit out of Bolling, AFB in Washington, DC. Basically he moved back home with his friends and family but in the Air Force. Hanging out with High School friends and being a serious man who's experienced a life changing career didn't mix as great as planned. Before his second year in the Military, Ron was punished for one nights actions that ended up with an General under Honorable Conditions Discharge from the Military.

A pregnant girlfriend mixed with a 2 weeks paycheck from Walmart and McDonalds collectively earned Malisa Danyell Stinnet an engagement to Ronald Edward Robey Jr. in 1997. Brittany Jewel Robey was born the day after Ron turned 21 on August the 13th 1998 and then a few years later Josephine Texanna Robey was born a day after that on August 14th 2001. I guess you can say that God was revealing himself to this young couple who were going through a trying time. Ron has followed in his fathers footsteps and drove a milk truck for Shenandoah's Pride Dairy for 9 years from 21 until he turned 30 years old.

Nice house, nice cars, nice motorcycle, beautiful family surrounded by great friends set the background for his early 30's but drugs and alcohol would play a lead role in this play. Working as a Salesman for Honda, Toyota, Scion, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Cadillac, Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler Ron got quite the experience in closing techniques. Lustine Toyota was the launching pad for an aggressive salesperson and was a life experience that would not be forgotten. Job hopping would put the Robey family in a situation that moving out of state and pursuing a new start in Texas would look like the best opportunity available.

Ron Robey moved to Texas with his family in 2009 and started his work as a independent contractor for AT&T, Time Warner Cable, Direct TV and Dish Network. He's responsible for setting up and leading by example the "door knocking team" Direct Sales Consultants in North Texas. Starting his own roofing company was an idea that his friend Gabe Lopez was chasing and Ron knew that he could do it too. Washington Redskins are pretty quite in this 2014 off season but the addition of Ron Robey to their blog is AWESOME!!!

The Washington Redskins must return to GLORY!!!

The Washington Redskins have made a bunch of great moves that have not drawn to much attention so far this off-season. To start, signing MLB Perry Riley Jr.and SS Brandon Meriweather are very important to team chemistry and will a make it much easier for new Head Coach Jay Gruden going forward. With the 4 time Pro Bowl selection London Fletcher in retirement, the defense needs some tenured leaders in a constantly changing NFL roster. You're linebacker and Strong Safety returning for another year is key to commanding the defense as a quarterback runs the offense in real-time on the field.

Robert Griffin III has made the news recently with his remarks of playing without his knee brace in the 2014 season. I think it's great that RG3 will be able to maximize his mobility if he can stay healthy long enough to be productive in the playoffs. Obviously making it to the NFL Playoffs would be the first goal for a 3 and 13 team previously coached by "You're not Mike Shenahan, I am" Mike Shenahan. Griffin told reporters a few days ago that "We'll shock people this year" and he may be right as the Redskins shocked people last year with how poorly they played. Either way, watch in the video below how much class RG3 can have with one of the most difficult NFL players in the game. (Richard Sherman) #HTTR

On a positive note, let's look at the free agency move to secure CB Tracy Porter which will be an adequate replacement for CB Josh Wilson (if he's not signed). With the Redskins Defense beefed up, their offense led by RG3 has enough weapons but is lacking a "STAR PLAYER" in the TE position. Hopefully TE Jordan Reed will step up and be among one of the leagues greats in 2014. I'm SUPER EXCITED for the 2014 season with the new additions of Defensive Lineman Clifton Geathers and LB Darryl Sharpton. THE RECESSION PROOF BUSINESS!

This story begins 2,010 years after Jesus died for our sins. By now most Americans have sales experience and have an idea of the "dog eat dog" competitive nature of success. Reaping the fruits of your labor is enjoyable however you must often sacrifice the important family time required to accomplish your goals. No matter what you're career is in, at minimum you must sell yourself to others and build value in a your times worth.

Door to door sales is one of the most challenging assignments that I've had the pleasure of accepting. Teaching a hungry man, husband and/or father how to support themselves and/or their families on a commission only door to door compensation plan was interesting. It's guaranteed that you'll experience rejection and negativity on a daily basis on pace to make 50k a year completing a 4 hour workday. 20% of the people make 80% of the money just like any other sales business and haters try to drag you down everyday.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?

Bringing the door to door experience into Roofing and Construction was a simple transition. There was a great opportunity for advancement and/or starting my own business. This obviously outweighed any lack of immediate but necessary income at the time. I brought a 2 man operation "Earnhardt Commercial Construction INC" company from being nearly out of business to depositing eighty thousand dollars on average per week within 3 months. Practice makes progress, not perfection, so I kept on learning and grinding.

Being an arms length sub-contractor for a company with a 50% profit share agreement sounded great!!! All you have to do is get the projects that you've received money for complete and then consider all expenses. When your business partner buys a $5,000 rug at the store as every employee is about to get evicted from their house was a tough pill to swallow. Jobs were not getting completed and the customers money had been already spent by Jason Earnhardt. The remaining project managers finished out all existing projects and went in different directions due to the mismanagement of time and resources.

START YOUR BUSINESS WITH A LAWSUIT!!!

The American Dream of being a homeowner and working for yourself is what makes this country great! America is the only country that the "pursuit of happiness" is guaranteed in writing although people can choose to pursue it if they wish. There's nothing more liberating than working for yourself but when you have an angry former business partner on top of a soapbox with your name in his mouth (among other things) it's uphill all the way!

Chase Bank actually froze over $14,500 of our customers money in a unconnected and unrelated bank account. 2 months later a Dallas County Judge (shocked to hear this) ordered the money to be released immediately. How are you going to pay bills, employees or anything else with your money frozen for no reason. This was easily performed by Mr. Earnhardt after complaining to (his friend) Plano Chase Bank Manager with a copy of his lawsuit.

8 customers met the Richardson Police Department as lawsuits and a TRO's started their process. Jason Earnhardt actually took final payments from our clients and violated the written 50% profit contract agreement in excess of over 20 projects. Jason also contacted the Secret Service, FBI and every police agency available to attempt crush his former "bread winners". The Dallas County Court refused to take the case criminally however Collin County decided to hear it after 7 months of begging.

KEEP MOVING FORWARD

It's time to get into the Christmas Light Installation business in Texas. Lighting By Veterans was formed by hiring 16 recently separated Military Veterans at the Red White and You job fair at Rangers Stadium. These veterans were employed and made more money than expected completing over 100 residential homes and numerous commercial properties. Once the Christmas season was finished, the company had to return to a commission only structure and train these men to make money.

The first opportunity of the new year came when "Storybook Ranch" had a fire that made the local news and AVRR was there to help. Ron Robey organized a networking group of fellow business owners to volunteer their time one day by assisting in the clean-up process. Owner Wayne Kirk asked Robey how much it would cost to continue until the work was complete, a $5,000 labor only deal was made. Wayne eventually paid $1,000 of bill and to avoid our collections department. Kirk then made two separate payments of $500 each to AVR&R employees to go on the news and give a damaging statement.

The Tri-County Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recommended the next terrible decision of partnering with Smokin' Racks in Plano, TX. Ron agreed with minority owner Stephen Lapaul Williams and his partners to a 10,000 construction contract, 1,000 promissory note and a 5% ownership of the restaurant. AVR&R worked around the clock for a month to get the restaurant open just to be shunned by the criminal enterprise that manages it. To this day there has been not one payment made by Smokin' Racks or it's partners as they've claimed to not be assuming any debts.

VETERANS UNDER FIRE IN TEXAS

On May 7, 2013 WFAA aired a news story about Ron Robey and the partners at AVR&R. Byron Harris confronted the men in West, TX while they had donated $600 worth of food to prepare for the people there. Since West was a national news story due to the chemical explosion, Robey and his partners unknowingly were in the cross hairs of a story hungry reporter. 4.6 million people have seen this news story which has basically put many veterans out of work and the patriotic company in the toilet.

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) called the next day and announced that they would be revoking the companies accreditation even though there has not been one customer complaint. Southern Shingles (SRS Distrubution) refused to sell roofing materials to the company and Capital One Bank ended their relationship immediately following. If you live in Texas, it was the number one story which also was update in prime time again by WFAA the following Sunday Night.

"You find out who your friends are" is an understatement to what happened to the strong networking group surrounding the company. Several groups called or emailed and asked that the company did not return to any more meetings or functions. Damage control was nearly impossible with the real problem of Earnhardt trying to sue and get a criminal conviction. The men at AVR&R received a flooding amount of negative attention that was irreversible and nearly impossible to fix.

JUSTICE IS ON THE WAY

Earnhardt separately blamed Jophlin (DJ) Johnson (former employee) for the unrelated but similar theft. Felony criminal charges were brought against him in Collin County a few months later. Texas Farm Bureau brought Earnhardt to court for insurance fraud last month. Earnhardt blames Johnson and the customer which resulted in the customer committing suicide a month later. During the deposition, Jason Earnhardt admitted that DJ was innocent and not responsible. Johnson's pending felony charges are currently being dropped by Collin County without prejudice.

Ron Robey remains innocent but not on Google or other media outlets that have sabotaged his marriage, business and other relationships with practically everyone. It's funny how we live in America but someones life can be thrown away without even having a chance to defend or explain yourself first. Mr. Robey is currently on fire for God at Elevate Life Church believing that everything happens for a reason. When you Elevate your thinking, you Elevate your life.
