E. C. Mobley (born 1839/40 - unknown) was a member of the Texas House of Representatives January 11, 1881 - August 3, 1881.[1] He defeated Hal Geiger who was seeking re-election in Robertson County, Texas in 1881.[2] Mobley resigned his office when he moved out of the district and Geiger won the special election to replace.him.[3][4] He was a Lawyer, a Democrat, originally from Georgia and in 1881 he was listed as 42 years old.[5]
