Piracaia is a municipality/county in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. Its latitude is 23.05/23°03'14" S and the longitude is 46.258/46°21'29" W. The population in 2004 is 25,578, the area is 385.62 km² The elevation is 792 m. This place name comes from the Tupi language.
