PLACEHOLDER: This section needs updating since I desire to encourage new editors to learn Wikipedia and find their place on here without leaving due to head-butting with the community or causing issues, especially since I consider Wikipedia a valuable asset regardless of my previous experiences, but not sure how to word it ... editor retention is very important ... yeah, I'm someone who has had a few issues but keeps coming back to try to work on things ... not sure how to word that in an encouraging light ...

WP:RFA needs some serious reform, but since Wikipedia has been blessed by a community of editors of diverse backgrounds and differing stances, successful reform never happens...
Over the years, my threshold of patience for unprovoked personal attacks against me has grown exponentially. However, I have a threshold ... it's higher than it used to be ... but if it gets crossed, I will not be afraid to say some things to stick up for myself and put the other party in their place. A bear can only be poked so much before it snaps ...
