BEPC vs BEPC II

This article should really be about both BEPC and its successor BEPC II, and similarly, a writeup on BES III without discussion of BES and BES II doesn't make sense. I don't think they need distinct Wikipedia pages, rather, I think that someone who is more familiar with the material needs to expand the current page to cover these topics. Douglas W.
