I understand your point that Govt. of Bangladesh has published report for their financial year 2020-21. I have also discussed a section regarding this on Talk Page of Economy of Bangladesh. Verifiable sources like IMF, World Bank reports are used in Economics related articles. Reason : GDP levels and growth estimates travel from national statistical offices to international databases maintained by international financial institutions which counts to the ultimate ranking.
