Moa Ilar, née Olsson, is a Swedish cross-country skier.[1]

Her first world cup podium was a 2nd place in the 4 x 5&km relay in Lillehammer during the 2021-22 world cup. In March 2023 she achieved her first world cup victory in the mixed relay in Falun with teammates Halfvarsson, Anger and Sundling.[2] In the last sprint race of the 2022-23 season, Ilar was disqualified for allowing team mate Maja Dahlqvist to pass her in the quarter final[3], thereby allowing Dahlqvist to qualify for the seim final and win the sprint cup. In October the same year, FIS clarified the rules that team tactics is allowed.

In November 2023 she won her first individual world cup race, the 20 km mass start in Ruka.[4][5]
