The shrimp of river, whose scientific name is Cryphios Caementarius, is considered as a unique crustacean in the world and has own characteristics of the Arequipa region by the existing habitat and bioecológicas conditions in the rivers of our jurisdiction. It is reflected in the production, size and wonderful flavor that is recognized internationally.
