The Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) is a planned stock exchange that will be headquartered in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The group behind the exchange, led by TXSE CEO James Lee, is financed primarily by BlackRock and Citadel Securities, with investments totalling approximately $120 million as of June 2024. The exchange is planned to facilitate trades by 2025 and host its first listing in 2026.[1][2][3]
