[edit]Camels - loss of function mutation affecting the last transmembrane domain of MC1R seems to cause cream/white color (also mentions dogs in the discussion), ASIP loss of function causes black (but not the only cause of black) [1]

The paint plumage color of chickens, seen in some silkies and in Erminette chickens, is caused by a single copy of dominant white acting on extended black.[1]
