Question from Adamu Garki (14:59, 27 September 2024)

How to verify my Wikipedia page --Adamu Garki (talk) 14:59, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Adamu Garki No one really "owns" Wikipedia articles. If you're asking how to write an article about yourself, that's strongly discouraged, partially due to issues with neutrality, and partially because having a Wikipedia article isn't always a good thing. If you insist, you should go through articles for creation. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 16:52, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our wikipedia page. Based on your comment, we have added 10 external links as reference, and republished the article. Hope you can have a look. Thank you 2607:FEA8:740:F90:B8BD:F0A7:EFB:99D7 (talk) 17:40, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

So, who is writing this draft? I'm assuming there's multiple people. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 17:42, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Successfully de-orphaned the article. Thank you.

Point coloration

Hey, I see you've been taking a shot at this too. Someone took the initiative to split out temperature-dependent point coloration from the other types, which I think was a good idea, but also removed discussion of all other types, which I think was not ideal. However, it turns out those sections were the only ones with sources, and all sections about other types of point coloration were entirely unsourced. So when I restored the article, I also inadvertently left it entirely without sources. Oops. Anyway, it now has the exact inverse of the sections that it should - perfect duplicates of all sections already on Acromelanism, and none of the types left out of that. Working on sourcing now, but I won't have a ton of time tonight or tomorrow so might be a little slow. Iamnotabunny (talk) 01:16, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
