DSL Routers are a type of router that connect a LAN to the Internet via a DSL connection.[1] They are available in both wired and wireless models. They should not be confused with DSL modems which are normally network bridges that connect a single computer to the Internet and cannot route data packets.

DSL routers are the most common type of router know to the general public. They are primarily found in a residence, home office, or a small commercial office. They are used to access the Internet.
