'Şapartoc, colloquial "Şarpotoc", (in Hungarian Sárpatak, meaning "Muddy River"), is a village close to Sighişoara in Mureş County, Romania. It belongs to the village of Albeşti. Located in the historic region of Transylvania, Şapartoc has a population of less than 30 people.
