Joseph Mawle (born 21 March 1974 in Oxford, England) is a British actor.

Mawle graduated from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2002. He has appeared in a number of British television programmes, such as Silent Witness, Dalziel And Pascoe and Holby Blue. Also, he was the main character in the Irish Hurling advertisment for Guinness in 2002. Recently, Mawle starred opposite Luke Treadaway in Channel 4's gritty drama Clapham Junction. In 2008 he will star as Jesus in mini television series, The Passion.
