Willam Joseph (born September 3, 1979 in Miami, Florida) is former American football defensive tackle for the New York Giants of the National Football League.

Joseph was drafted by the Giants out of the University of Miami, with the 25th overall selection in the first round of the 2003 NFL Draft. Considered a first-round bust for his inability to contribute to the team in a manner that would justify his first-round selection, the termination of his contract on February 29, 2008 at 12:01am was marked with much celebration by New York Giants fans.
