Evidence

Justpassinby has a previous history of sockpuppetry in order to avoid a ban. Justpassinby is a single-purpose account editing pages around the rock band Pure Reason Revolution, including a history of tendentious editing and vandalism (see User_talk:Justpassinby). The lead musician in Pure Reason Revolution is called Jon Courtney and, last time, there was also suspicion that Justpassinby was behind the account User:Joncourtney. Since then, an article on Jon Courtney was created: after failing to get it removed in an AfD, Justpassinby vandalised the page.[1] After that edit was reverted, there was a second dubious edit by the Joncourtney account soon after.[2]

Justpassinby also these days openly edits as 86.141.25.254.[3]

Comments

Guilty as charged of not logging in, although Tango says it's allowable to do as he sometimes does it. I think you'll find that all the changes I have made recently are fully referenced or have been removals in keeping with Wiki Policy. Surprising that Bondegezou makes these accusations when he has just tried to advertise a forthcoming release by this band on the page.
