Ménerval is a commune in the Seine-Maritime département of the Haute-Normandie region of northern France.

Geography

A small farming village situated by the banks of the river Epte in the Pays de Bray, some 21 miles (34 km) northeast of Rouen at the junction of the D130 and the D76 roads.
