Lié Louis Périn-Salbreux

Lié Louis Périn-Salbreux was born in Rheims, France on October 12, 1753 and died there on December 20, 1817. His father was a textile manufacturer in Rheims. Périn-Salbreux was a painter, pastellist, and a miniaturist.[1]
