Gönül Yazar (born Gönül Özyeğiner), born in the port city of Izmir on (1936-08-12) August 12, 1936 (age 88), is a popular Turkish singer and actress. She is one of the most famous Turkish entertainers of all time with a peak in 1960s and 1970s. Her sister Belkıs Özener is also a famous singer.

At the age of 14, she won a singing competition called "Ege Ses Kraliçesi Yarışması" (Vocal Queen of the Aegean). She married her husband Necdet Yazar who pushed her to fame through Ankara Radio. She has released 18 music albums and acted in more than 40 films.
