Canada-Kazakhstan relations are foreign relations between Canada and Kazakhstan. Both countries established diplomatic relations in 1992. Canada has an embassy in Almaty. Kazakhstan has an embassy in Ottawa and a consulate on Toronto.

Both countries are full members of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev paid an official visit to Canada in May 2003.
