Jayson Frye aka: Ace Frye (born Des Moines, Iowa) is the owner & operator of Pasta Studios, a web & graphic design firm.
May 11, 1989 inEarly Years
He was raised by his two parents & three older sisters in Ankeny, Iowa. He graduated at the age of 16 from the Des Moines Area Community College high school, after previously attending Ankeny Christian Academy for 11 years. Upon graduation he spent a year at home learning & establishing himself in the web & graphic design business.
His Nickname
Jayson has been better known as Ace, which is a nickname he received at the age of 3 years old, from his 3 older sisters, for 3 different reasons. (He also likes to mention, when explaining to people where he got his nickname, that his lucky number is 3.) The first reason was because he had a shirt that had "Ace" across the front of it. The next reason was because the name "Jayson" has "ays" (pronounced like Ace is) in it & his sisters figured they could just spell it as "Ace". The third & greatest reason is because his older sisters thought that he was the greatest brother ever, or the "Number 1" brother ever, which lead to the giving of "Ace" as one of it's definition is "number 1".
Short Move To Chicago
In the late summer 2007 Jayson, at the age of 18, officially moved from his hometown to the Chicago metropolitan area in pursuit of a career. However, in the Late winter of 2008 he chose to move back in with his parents because he could not afford to stay in Chicago much longer.
Today
In late August 2008, Jayson seemingly started to fade away from known existence. He never did attended college at Kirkwood. On April 5th, 2009 he updated his blog & websites with the post The Discontinuation Of My Websites. In bold the blog states "In summary, I am migrating my social interaction & life away from the computer as well as cutting back on such intensive use of my cell phone.".
Currently (April 15, 2009) few people claim to have been in touch with him, even fewer can confirm he is still around. Most believe he has gone deep into hiding. His Twitter account still receives updates from his cell phone & sometimes computer, they are often incredibly deep & sparse updates. His Facebook account, as well as his MySpace, are believed to have gone dormant.
