Koh Rong, or Kaoh Rong, is an island west of the Sihanoukville coast, Cambodia. However, there is a website which lists two geographical coordinates of Koh Rong, marked as Koh Rong 1 and Koh Rong 2, respectively. Not sure if the geographical coordinates are assigned to two different places on Koh Rong or there are two islands called Koh Rong. Refer to the website.
