The film opens with two people each wearing a device on their head that will crush their skull if they don’t serve a weight scale by cutting off body parts. The girl Tanedra Howard cuts off her arm halfway up her biceps. She then throws her arm in the Scale and lives watching the other victim die.
William Easton Peter Outerbridge, an Insurance businessman, is in his office, and he denies a man a loan to get some sort of health thing or something, which later on is revealed resulted in his death. William gets captured and wakes up in a room with a mask on. It is moments later revealed another man in the room. With every breath they take these cement like objects get closer and closer to their stomach. William yells out to other man to hold their breath. The other man was revealed to be a smoker in the tape and of course lost the trap and his chest was squashed. He walks through and removes one of the bombs on his arm. William keeps walking and sees a light that says grab these (or something similar) and he says no, he is forced to grab the two handles. Billy comes out and says that letting go of one the handles will result in one person getting hung and the other one getting saved. after much pondering William lets the woman live and gets a greasy look from the man just before he dies. William walks into the next room (the steam room) and is told that he has to disable the steam resulting in him getting steamed on to let the other person advance. William cops a lot of extremely hot steam to let the chick (who is believed to be having an affair with William) advance. she climbs a ladder and is greeted by William and is told that the key to the device that will spear her head is inside Williams chest. She picks up a massive buzz saw and tries to kill william. William and the woman have a fight and she is eventually killed.
William proceeds to the next room (the Carousel room) he is told he has to pick two people to live. After much arguing william lets two women live. William proceeds to the next room. he gets to the room with one second left.
Hoffman Costas Mandlyor goes along with Perez (who is still alive) and Erickson as they are deciphering the voice from seth tape. Hoffman gets revealed and Hoffman slashes Ericksons neck and stabs the light panel, he throws his coffee in the computer ladies face and he grabs her and uses her as shield whilst Perez shoots at him. Hoffman charges at Perez and stabs her in the stomach. Perez's final words are 'everyone knows'. Hoffman doses the bodies in fuel and lights the room on fire.
Also throughout flashbacks Jigsaw and Amanda show up at Jill’s Clinic telling her his way works Amanda goes along with Jigsaw and Also a Flashback of Amanda pushing John in a wheelchair to Hoffman who is messing up the Rack Trap from Saw III and Amanda Pushing John to Jill Tuck where he gives her the Key to the Box from Saw V
William is in the final room he walks out and to his left is the old woman and her son. Most people watching this movie assume that this is his family. To his right is Pamela Jenkins, who is found out to be his partner. The mother and son to his left are the family of the man who William denied the loan to at the start resulting in his death. The woman and son have a switch in their room that has Live and Die. the woman attempts to flick the switch to kill William but cannot force herself to do it. The son is furiously angry and walks up to switch and says 'I can do it' and kills William. A little Pendulum kind of thing swings down and stabs William in the back and hydrofluoric acid is injected into his back. Pamela is forced to watch William melt. The survivors of all the traps fate is not revealed.
The letter in saw 3 was finally revealed it said how Amanda got Cecil to get the drugs in the chemist, and John and Hoffman knew and Amanda was ordered to kill Lynn. Hoffman got captured by Jill as part of Jigsaws final request (which was the one of the six in the envelopes). He gets put in the reverse bear trap and is given sixty seconds to live, he is completely strapped down with no way to get out. Hoffman leans down and uses the front the bear trap to pulverise his hands, he then is able to get his hands out of the shackles. and can walk around. Hoffman picks up a screwdiver (or something similar) and trys to pry out the bear trap. With only seconds remaing Hoffman runs up to the door Jill left in and smashes the glass. Their is a little window in the door with horizontal bars. Hoffman puts the jaws part of the bear trap in there and the bear trap gets triggered. Hoffman is then able to remove his mouth from the bear trap The movie ends with Hoffman screaming looking upwards.

Writing
Saw VI is written by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, who co-wrote the script for both Saw IV and Saw V.[8] Saw VI began filming on March 30, 2009.[7]
It has been reported that Saw VI will be much more violent than previous films in the franchise.[7] Also, the film will have traps that pit victims against each other, similar to the mausoleum scene from Saw IV.[21]
It has been stated that questions about characters, such as Jill Tuck and Lieutenant Mark Hoffman, will be answered.[22] The actress who portrays Jill Tuck (Betsy Russell) has stated:
You find out a little more about if Jill is good or evil. Pretty much you'll know. I don't know if it was ever answered in the previous ones if I knew he was a killer. We will find out in this one that I do know that about him. We have an amazing love affair and I have a reason to be with him. She is definitely in the present main plot, as well as, flashbacks with more backstory to answer more questions.[22]
Also commenting on the film, Costas Mandylor, the actor who portrays Mark Hoffman, has stated:
Hoffman is sort of torn of becoming a mad man or becoming a guy that's more composed, coming from a pure place like Jigsaw. That's my character's dilemma; does he go fucking crazy or follow the rules of the boss?[22]
Co-writer Patrick Melton also stated of the film: "There's good pacing and finally there's a resolution. Finally."[23]
Cinematographer David Armstrong, also announced two new traps. Commenting on a "carousel room", he stated:
It's very carnival, playground-like. It's just nasty. [There are] spinning red lights in there. It's really overwhelming to walk in and look at because everything is spinning.[22]
In the same interview Armstrong revealed some details on something he called the "steam room", stating:
Also, there's one place called the Steam Room that's probably the best looking SAW trap of them all. It's big and expensive. It's got furnaces, fires and steam. It's multi-leveled. The most complex Saw. We had techno cranes flying through. It was pretty amazing.[22]
Casting
Several cast members have been confirmed including both Tobin Bell and Costas Mandylor as John "Jigsaw" Kramer and Mark Hoffman respectively.[6] It also has been confirmed that Shawnee Smith is set to return for newly filmed flashback scenes as Amanda Young.[7] Another returning character was confirmed on April 20, 2009 when it was reported that Dr. Hefner, previously featured in the fourth installment, will be returning for the sixth film.[9]
On December 8, 2008, Tanedra Howard, won the 2008 VH1 Scream Queens competition hosted by Saw actress Shawnee Smith. This guarantees Howard a role in Saw VI. Lions Gate made a public statement ensuring her a leading role in the film, although her character remains undetermined as of yet.[14] Peter Outerbridge has also been cast as the new character "William".[10]
Release
The film is set to be released in the United States on October 23, 2009, to follow the tradition of releasing each Saw film the Friday before Halloween.[2][24] It will also follow the tradition of being released in New Zealand and Australia prior to the US release on October 22, 2009.[1]
Soundtrack
The Saw VI Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is set to include music by the bands Chimaira, Suicide Silence, Nitzer Ebb, Mushroomhead, Lacuna Coil, and Converge, among others[25][26]. It was released October 20, 2009, through Trustkill Records.
