Fratta Polesine is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region Veneto, located about 70 km southwest of Venice and about 11 km southwest of Rovigo. Its main attractions is Andrea Palladio's Villa Badoer.
Fratta Polesine is the birthplace of the Italian democratic politicna Giacomo Matteotti, a victim of Fascism.
