Evidence submitted by Sardur
See the previous investigation for the background.
Hay-siken is a new user; while his two first edits are on his user page, the next ones are directly on the three articles on which Quzeyli and the ip mentionned in the previous section (sock- or meatpuppetry) were edit-warring (Hay-siken's contributions).
The argument used by this new user is exactly the same ([1], to be compared with this from one of the ips); also note the specific way to answer in a thread, with a bullet-point.
This new account has been created a few hours after I warned Quzeyli and the ip of the previous SPI.
Finally, Hay-siken's user page is very similar to Quzeyli's one. Sardur (talk) 08:05, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, I forgot to mention that Quzeyli has been blocked after the previous SPI (block log). Sardur (talk) 08:09, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

- Administrator note User:Hay-siken blocked as a rather obvious sockpuppet. Not really sure about what to do with Quzeyli; will leave it to another sysop to decide. NW (Talk) 11:52, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
