Groat's Disease (also referred to as "Groat's Syndrome") is a fictional disease referenced in three episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Groat's Disease is understood to be a potentially fatal neurological disease with symptoms of extreme hyperactivity "like after 5 cups of coffee." In the Season 7 episode "The Table Read", whilst pretending to have Groates disease Leon, who has no knowledge of the disease, makes up more symptoms of it: "Everything I ate tasted like peaches! I forgot how to multiply. I could subtract but I couldn't multiply! If I’m fucking 6 women, 3 times a day, 7 days a week, how many times per week am I fucking?"[1] The disease is named for the doctor who discovered it. The fictional version of Michael Richards was thought to possibly have had Groat's Disease.[2]

Groat's Disease is first referenced in Season 2, Episode 5: "The Thong", again in Season 7, Episode 9: "The Table Read" and again in Season 7, Episode 10 "Seinfeld."
