Solar Euromed is a concentrated solar power technology provider and project developer[1] based in France. Solar Euromed develops solar thermal power plants based on optical and heating properties of sunlight to produce electricity with the ability to include a thermal energy storage to allow continuous production.

In March 2010, Solar Euromed signed an agreement[2] with the Republic of Sudan to deploy 2000 MW of solar power plants over 10 years in the country.[3]

The company is currently developing a 12 MW demonstration plant[4] in Corsica, France, 30 years after France successfully built Themis the world's first concentrated solar power plant near Odeillo.
