Otto Karhi (originally Lindgrén, April 17, 1876 in Oulu – June 7, 1966 in Oulu) was the first Chairman of Centre Party from 1906 to 1909 . He was a member of the Parliament of Finland from 1907 to 1913.

There is a park named after him in Oulu.
