Code Screw Up

The character bios' codes are screwed up, so part of the text is hiddened behind the pictures. Does anyone know what to do about it?

- Raimu

I think I have fixed it, if I haven't then say exactly where the overlapping is occuring. --Squilibob 01:36, 30 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures?

I've seen this on a couple of other anime pages, but wouldn't it be nice if we had a picture of each character next to their bio? It would make describing them much easier, at least... Amina 01:17, 5 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Been planning to, just had to break up an animated gif to get all the pictures. Need some for Hana-chan and Poppu-chan though - Squilibob 01:41, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The series creator, Toei Animation, has individual character pictures on their official website for this series (main page: http://www.toei-anim.co.jp/tv/doremi Character pictures are links from: http://www.toei-anim.co.jp/tv/doremi_D/frame02.html Top link has Doremi-tachi and Hana-chan as 11-year-olds; middle link is the Majokai (Witch World) characters; bottom link has students/faculty of Misora Elementary), but I haven't yet checked with Toei about permission to use their graphics.

The downside is that to rapidly locate a student in classes 6-1 or 6-2, one has to know the Japanese kanji of their surname. (Class images are "click on the desk labled with the kanji, result: image of that student")

When checked on Sept 12, 2008, the character links off the Dokka~n season page appear to be the only ones with valid links remaining to the character images. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 154.20.87.59 (talk) 01:50, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some character pages have been created as stubs. I believe that this page covers all the content for characters and separate pages should only be made if this page becomes too large. --Squilibob 00:48, 22 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Non-Chan

Can you add Non-chan in this page? Felix 19:30, 18 July 2006

DoReMi's classmates

I think we should put Reika Tamaki on the article who is a classmate of DoReMi. She is the kind of a spoiled brat in DoReMi's class. She is the second smartest student, after Hazuki Fujiwara, or Reanne Griffith in the American version. She wants to be the best in the class, and to win everytime. She is always laughing at somebody who has less valuable things, then she has. Every time, when there's somebody, who makes a bigger attention than Reika, or she loses in some contest, then she will be totally hysterical and mad. There is the picture about her. 86.101.211.226 14:07, 11 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The true name of Nozomi or NOn-chan is Kazuisha NOzomi as pointed in Naisho 12-th chapter , where did they get that the name was 'Waku' real Japanese name/surname of Nozomi is Kazuisha --85.85.100.144 (talk) 21:25, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Patina (Magical DoReMi).jpg

Image:Patina (Magical DoReMi).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

the wizards counterpart

some one should discribe them and what role they played on each of the ojamajos. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.42.75.70 (talk) 23:05, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some characters

Someone should remove the spoiler about Miss Yuki or at least a spoiler tag because that's supposed to be a surprise at the end of the series. Additionally, should we even have international information? This is the English Wikipedia and we can have name changes elsewhere on the respective countries' Wikipedia.

Also, I highly doubt Momoko's name is Anna Robinson. The source, Absolute Anime, does not check its sources properly, and 4Kids never licensed Mo~tto! (if they did, they would've already said so).

Fami and Non-chan are simply episode characters, but there are more characters that should be added if we are to include them. I mean, Igarashi, Maki, and Candy Itou make far more appearances than they do and Fami and Non-chan are still mentioned more than them. 71.146.73.235 (talk) 21:11, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image Image:MottoOjamajoDoremi.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Merge discussion

A discussion place for the merge of List of Magical DoReMi characters into List of Ojamajo Doremi characters. They are "indeed" from the same series. See also the "Mew Mew Power's" case. --59.5.206.236 (talk) 03:09, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'd merge it but I don't know how. Blackarcadia (talk) 18:24, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Western names?

Should we list the characters by their Western names (Dorie, Reanne, etc.) as per Wikipedia's Manual of Style, or use their original names where appropriate? On Toei's English sites, they do list the characters by their original names 1 2 and it would be rather confusing to keep on using Western names considering the rest of the installments have not been licensed. lullabying (talk) 18:49, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Official names

Please do not refer to the characters' original names as anything other than what Toei gave officially. This means Hazuki is not "Hadzuki", Pop is not "Poppu", etc. lullabying (talk) 19:41, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
