Lute Joseph Boone (May 6, 1890 to July 29, 1982), was a Major League Baseball infielder who played from 1913 to 1916 with the New York Yankees and in 1918 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He batted and threw right-handed. Boone had a .209 career batting average. He was born and died in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
From 1960 to 1962, Boone was the president of the Pittsburgh Professional Baseball Association.
