We're recruiting art lovers!

Archives of American Art Wikimedia Partnership - We need you!
Hi! I'm the Wikipedian In Residence at the Smithsonian Archives of American Art and I'm recruiting Wikipedians who are passionate about art to participate in furthering art coverage on Wikipedia. I am planning contests and projects that will allow you access, no matter where you live, to the world's largest collection of archives related to American art. Please sign up to participate here, and I look forward to working with you! SarahStierch (talk) 00:14, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Joan Miró

Hi there Mozzy! I saw you updated the Outcomes page for the Archives of American Art project. I think it's great that you are editing again and contributing valuable content about fine art. However, the scope of this project (I actually serve as the resident Wikipedian at the Archives for the summer!) involves having content from our Archives utilized in articles and linked back (cited sources, etc). I took a look at Miro and sadly I did not see any references or sources related to our content on the page therefore it falls out of scope :( I did do a search for Miro in our Archives and came up with these results, so perhaps there is content you can utilize from our collection for the article after all. Until then we'll have to wait to put Miro on the outcomes page. (I could be wrong and might have missed something though!) Thanks so much and I look forward to working with you this summer!!
