Philip Balsam
Philip Balsam is a Canadian songwriter and author.
With fellow Canadian Dennis Lee, he wrote most of the songs for the television series Fraggle Rock.[1] The two also wrote the songs for the Jim Henson Television special, "The Tale of the Bunny Picnic", and film Dog City.[2]
