John Klug (born 28 September 1965) was an Australian rules footballer who played in the Australian Football League for the Adelaide Football Club in their early years.

Klug, originally from Glenorchy Football Club in Tasmania, was recruited from the Woodville Football Club in the SANFL when the Crows first started in 1991. In the Crows first year Klug played at Centre Half Forward, although slightly built and against much bigger opponents for most of the season Klug performed well and ended up finishing eighth in the Crows' Best and Fairest that year.[1] In 1992 Klug only played a handful games with the club due to niggling injuries he was then delisted and picked up in the Pre-Season draft by the Brisbane Bears where he didn't play a game.[2]
