LIFE

Aanaya Nayanar is born in the village of Tirumangalam of Tamil Nadu, he is cowherd by birth. He used to take cows out for grazing everyday. While cows were grazing on the fields he used to play tunes on flute on Lord Shiva. One day he saw a tree full of flowers and thought that he is none other than Lord Shiva. Overwhelmed with devotion, he started playing melodious tunes on his flute. Pleased with his music, Lord Shiva appeared before him and showered his blessings.
