Secretary of State
This article really should focus more on what he did as secretary of state. Right now there is more information about what he did under Carter as deputy secretary than what he did under Clinton as secretary. Academic Challenger 22:34, 19 September 2005 (UTC)
Ethnicity
Is Warren Christopher of Egyptian Christian origin, and is he a practising Coptic? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.199.177.246 (talk) 13:00, 30 August 2006
- I'd have thought a member in good standing of the Coptic Church would be called a practicing Copt. "Coptic" is the adjective form. Michael Hardy (talk) 23:10, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
Controversies
There needs to be a special section concerning his attempt to clamp down on the discussions of the Rwandan Genocide along with other controversies. It is not something that can simply be set aside as a "mistake." Christopher resented the role played by morality and ethics in IR and was committed to reducing their influence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.12.203.97 (talk) 23:49, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
Front page
Why his death on the front page? It hardly seems notable. It's not even close to the top news story on any of the major news sites. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.11.75.1 (talk) 16:06, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
- Maybe because everybody remembers that he was recently Secretary of State? Michael Hardy (talk) 23:08, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
