Connerton, Florida

Connerton is a large residential property development in Land O' Lakes, Florida off U.S. 41. Plans are for 1,700 homes on the property's 4,800 acres. Connerton Elementary was constructed in the area.

The development was stunted with the downturn in the housing market, after a small portion of the full scale residential development was built out.[1] As of 2012 construction plans were once again moving ahead.[2]

Nearby residential developments include Wilderness Lakes, Caliente Resort and Spa (clothing optional) and Lake Padgett.
