Serge Mimpo-Tsintsémé, known as Serge Mimpo (born 6 February 1974 in Ndom, Cameroon) is a Cameroonian professional football player. Currently, he plays in the Championnat de France amateur for Red Star Saint-Ouen. He also holds French citizenship.

He played on the professional level in Super League Greece for Panachaiki 2005 F.C. and Ethnikos Asteras F.C..
