Olympics?

Is there a record of 15mRs partaking in the 1908 Olympics or should the categorization be removed?

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!

Ambiguity in equation; lack of source

Is the equation supposed to read

or

? I am assuming the former since otherwise the 15 cannot be said to be in metres. Without access to a source (which is a problem in itself) I cannot correct it. 122.59.249.222 (talk) 11:49, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings. You assume correctly, the former is what is meant here on the page regarding the first the International Rule. I donot have my sources to hand but I expect it to be in Collier and Charles, already quoted. I will confirm within week. signed:Donan Raven (talk) 12:39, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
