Ice cream (Cornish)

Cornish ice cream is a form of ice cream that takes its name because it was first made in Cornwall in the south-west of the United Kingdom. It is made with clotted cream, and may be made with sorbet. Today, it is still produced using milk from many farms in Cornwall. It may be made with gelato. Some companies of Cornwall, such as a company in East Looe, claim to make Cornish ice cream using only Cornish milk and cream.
