Karel Rada (born March 2, 1971), is a Czech football defender. He played for the Czech Republic, for which he played 43 matches and scored 4 goals.

He was a participant in the 1996 UEFA European Championship, where the Czech Republic won the silver medal and at the 2000 UEFA European Championship.
