Cyan Garamonde
Template:FFVI character Cyan Garamonde is a fictional character in the video game Final Fantasy VI. He is a knight and retainer to the King of Doma.
Cyan survives when Kefka poisons the castle, but his wife Elayne and son Owain are both killed. After Sabin comes to his help when he is fighting Imperial soldiers, he joins the player's party.
In the World of Ruin, Cyan is found at Mount Zozo. Before he optionally rejoins the party, he corresponds with Lola by carrier pigeon and pretends to be her boyfriend, who was actually killed when the world changed.
Sword Techniques
Cyan's special ability is Sword Tech, which allows him to perform a variety of powerful techniques with his sword, but a time gauge has to build up before he can use the stronger techniques. There are a total of eight techniques:
- Dispatch
- Retort
- Slash
- Quadra Slam
- Empowerer
- Stunner
- Quadra Slice
- Cleave
