Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Sun Rising.jpg, by SlimChance (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Sun Rising.jpg is a duplicate of an already existing article, category or image.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Sun Rising.jpg, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 04:09, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Sun_Rising.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Sun Rising.JPG)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sun Rising.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 05:43, 11 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contribution on Haroonabad

Thank you for your massive contribution on the Haroonabad article. Unfortunately, making false claims is not a practice we encourage. It is requested that you redesign the article as per guidelines given under WP:PAK and the criteria under WP:NOR, WP:NPOV, WP:V, WP:CITE and WP:NOT. Thank you for your cooperation and making Wikipedia a better place. UzEE (TalkContribs) 00:32, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:UzEE 1.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:UzEE 1.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 12:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

February 2008

Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to [[::Image:Islamabad MAIN.jpg]]. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Monkey Bites.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 12:24, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Salam! If you own the image then please kindly add {{GFDL-self}} to the image! --SMS Talk 13:34, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Islamabad article

Thankyou for your contributions to the Islamabad article. I have reverted the edits you made here. First, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and therefore information should be in prose form and not listed as you did here (i.e list is not suitable in this case). That is why there is Main article: List of universities in Pakistan written at top of this section, so that people who need a list can refer there. Secondly, the gallery section is NOT there to introduce your work, and certainly not there to add images of sign boards unless they are of historical importance. If you are not sure whether the edits you are making are according to Wiki policies, ask for help from a established user. Hope to see some constructive edits from you. Cheers.
